How to Get Featured in Apple Podcasts

Apple Podcasts, aka, iTunes, is a huge listening platform, so getting an episode featured there can send a lot of new ears your way. Of course, there’s no way to guarantee this, but here’s how to have a good crack at it. Firstly, the episode in question shouldn’t be published yet. They’re looking for at least two weeks’ lead time to feature you. You’ll find the promotion request form at [thepodcasthost.com/appleform](http://thepodcasthost.com/appleform) Fill that out and convince them why it's worth featuring. For example, interviewing a film star ahead of a big premiere, or, covering a major event or news story. Apple also wants to know how you’ll promote the feature on their platform, so, the more you can offer them, the more likely you are to catch their eye.
